Valuable shipment insurance
Every shipment, regardless of the chosen Carrier, is insured free of charge (included in the price of the package) up to a specified amount.
According to the Civil Code and the Transport Law, the transport company is liable for any damages to the shipment until its receipt.
Couriers are aware of this, so they cannot be required to give their consent to open delivered shipments unless there are clear reasons for doing so.
FACT - you have the right to demand opening of a damaged shipment.
We only send valuable items via courier.
