General Description

Decorative plate (plater) from the Rosenthal Porzellan AG factory, manufactured at the Kronach plant (Bavaria), in the "Molière" mold line, with a "Liselotte 42" decor. The plate has a richly modeled, Rococo contour with five openwork fields, decorated with a hand-painted bouquet of flowers in shades of pink, blue, yellow, and green. The rim and openwork are finished with gilding. The porcelain has a warm, creamy-white glaze.

Form and Decor

The "Molière" line – a classic form with strong Rococo influences, developed by Rosenthal in the 19th century. Characterized by soft edges, delicate relief, and elegant openwork. The "Liselotte 42" decor – a floral arrangement in the aesthetics of post-war Neo-Rococo. Hand-decorated, with brush-applied gilding. Typical color scheme (pink, blue, celadon, and shades of ochre).

Condition

The porcelain is in very good, collectible condition. No mechanical damage, chips, or cracks. The gilding and paintwork are in original condition, with minimal signs of wear typical of age.
